Provider Help
Provider Help: use this page when the problem is managing Bali Genie rather than operating the underlying business. The fastest support request identifies the account, listing and exact issue.

Account help
Use one account that you can keep secure and recover. Keep the account email current and avoid sharing passwords among staff. If several people need to manage a provider presence, use the platform’s supported team or invitation functions rather than circulating one login. Security-sensitive changes may require additional verification.
Listing help
Start with the correct listing type and category. Write for the traveller: what you provide, where, who it suits, what is included and how someone takes the next step. If a listing already exists for the same operation, do not create a duplicate simply because you cannot edit it; use the ownership or support route available to you.
Claiming
Claiming is for taking verified control of an existing listing, not for overriding another legitimate operator. When the claim workflow is available, expect to prove a real relationship with the business or provider. If claiming is not available for the listing, use support rather than creating a second version.
Enquiries/bookings
Reply to enquiries with the scope, price or price basis, availability and any conditions that could change the customer’s decision. If a booking function is enabled for your listing type, keep schedules and capacity current. Do not move a traveller into an unrelated payment process without explaining who is taking payment and what terms apply.
Payments if applicable
Payment handling depends on the booking and checkout configuration used for the service. Do not assume Bali Genie collects, holds or refunds funds unless the actual checkout flow says so. Providers remain responsible for clearly stating third-party deposits, cancellation terms, taxes or service charges that apply to their own transaction.
Policies
Follow the Listing Guidelines, keep claims supportable and use only content you have the right to publish. Tourism and professional-service providers are responsible for the licences and permissions that apply to them; a Bali Genie listing does not replace those obligations.
Contact support
When asking for help, include the listing name, the page or listing ID if visible, the account email used to manage it, and a concise description of what you expected versus what happened. Do not send passwords, banking PINs or one-time security codes. For ownership disputes, be ready to provide evidence through the support process rather than posting private documents publicly.
